Nissan Altima won’t turn off

Hey all, I have a 2012 Nissan Altima with like 110,000 miles. I got home from the store and jt wont shut off. It turned on perfectly normal when I left my house, and nothing like this has ever happened so I don’t know idk what to do. I should note that the key fob is already in the little slot too. Please help!!!

I drive a Honda Accord V6 3.5 L and quiet recently I get D3 sign blinking when driving. How can I solve this?
