My car has an oil leak and the level is really low, I have to go on a 2 hr trip tomorrow and can’t take another car, would it be okay to add oil to it just in the meantime ?

Some oil is better than no oil. Top it off prior to leaving and take a jug or a few quarts, funnel and rags with you. No oil is a death sentence.
