Went to Valvoline for an oil change, messed up my oil plug and my car drained all the oil. How should I go about going to them about the isssue?

I’ve read others suggest pretty quickly talking to a lawyer. Because they’re pretty difficult to work with when they mess up your car

They should replace the lower oil pan. While you supervise
