What is the most expensive way to create a set of car keys

I want to know where I can go to get the most expensive set of car keys created. The vehicle I need the key to be made for is a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer premier (V6) AWD. There is no existing spare to copy.

Go to a jeweller and have them create a key with Platinum and diamonds.
