Bare with me here I really only know the basics to taking care of this thing. Was changing the oil in my truck yesterday and when I unscrewed the oil filter this came with it. Don’t know exactly what it is but it won’t go back in and I’m coming up on a trip back home this weekend. Anybody know if this is fixable on my own or if I need to tow it to a shop and have someone else look at it. Really don’t wanna have to pay for that right now
Also red loctite that sob when you get it back in so you’re not dealing with this on every oil change. Clean and dry the threads in the block and on that adapters. You know it unscrewed so you know it will screw back in.
