Our car has been with a mechanic for about three months now because we needed a water pump and timing belt replaced. We were originally told it would take about four days and we’re going on three months. We’ve received messages saying “your car is ready” so we go in and pay, only to be told that it’s not actually ready. And to top it off, we were overcharged a few hundred bucks and still haven’t received the refund.

Is there any type of mechanics board or bureau or something that I can report this to? I feel like I’ve been extremely patient here and I’m not trying to be a Karen or anything but I feel like this is egregious.
