240,xxxkm, 3.8L sc. When I turn the car on, immediately the display tells me “no abs” “no traction control” “service traction system”. I have replaced all the wheel hub assemblies when I bought the car, and have owned it for a few years, but the first day all the error messages started happening I found the wire on the harness of my rear driver side was broken. I spliced on a new connector I got from Chev but the plastic connections that secure it don’t match the abs hub. Even though it’s the wrong one it still connects together and i still get the error messages. I ohm tested each abs on the hub and it read 1000ohms, and the voltage on the wires is 4.8V all around. What should I check next? I have a scanner that reads ABS and all that and it comes back with nothing.

Also. These newer cars will disable several systems one one goes bad. ABS and traction control will be disabled together. Check on Amazon for your connector. Try and match the pictures to the one you have.

Unfortunately I couldn’t find it on Amazon, also looked at some online suppliers and they don’t have them either. I will try to go to a pick and pull today and replace the whole rear wiring instead of splicing
