Leave car in garage until fixed ?

My car is going into the garage in 2 days. The guy will not be able to fix it for 2 weeks once diagnosed - I am scared to drive the car unless more damage is done - am I able to leave the car in the garage for this time? Is that normal ? Or does it depend on garage ? It’s kwik fit (I know - only place available)
