Replaced engine and transmission

I’m looking at buying a 2016 6.2l gmc Denali that has 150k miles on it but the engine and transmission was replaced 1000 miles ago. Should I stay away from it? What is the expected lifespan?

Also the reason was the last engine threw a rod
