Ha, love the disclaimer that says it’s a a lie and they haven’t bought anything nor has anything been delivered.

Canoo is the modern Pacer. It’s going to age just as well.

    UPDATE:

Update Wednesday, November 15, 11:13 a.m.: The state of Oklahoma contacted InsideEVs to deny Canoo’s claim that deliveries of LDV electric vans to Oklahoma’s Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) have begun.

“To clarify, OMES has not purchased vehicles at this time, and no vehicles have been delivered to the state. However, we do plan to purchase three vehicles by the end of the year. This is a small detail, but we wanted to make sure it was reported accurately,” a spokesperson for OMES told us via email.

I do like the vehicle but can someone tell me what’s going on with the front 25% of the vehicle. Like is the battert stored there rather then under floor, or does it have a frunk? It just seems like a lot of wasted space.

It’s a crumple zone, and it’s transparent so the driver can see obstacles (kids) in front of the van. It does seem very long, but I think that’s just because the whole van is smaller than it looks.

So no frunk? And the curved rear cargo area would also limit space. I’d have to see it in person but it looks like it could have less space than a Transit Connect and would it cost twice as much?

Why is the driver so far back in the vehicle. So much wasted cargo space.

It looks like it has a pretty big frunk based on the pics on their website.
