Have some free 0W-20 Oil what do I do with it?

I have a Versa 2014 with 130k miles, I put 10w-30 synthetic in it, But I have about 2 gallons of 0W-20 oil. Is it worth using or could that damage my engine? In that case id rather sell it oe give it away

Dude… your is supposta take 0w20. Nothing this side of 1995 uses 10w30
