Big trucks and SUVs, especially those with flat front ends, aren’t just more intimidating to look at, they are genuinely deadlier for pedestrians, according to new research from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

    It’s exactly what regulations do.

    They regulate how you can design products.

    Anyhow, it’s a matter of time before those obese trucks will be outlawed in most of the world.

    I suspect the land of the free will be one of last to do it though.
