Hi all, I have a 12thgen framework.

I am a bit saddened by the fact that, as of recently, the left side of my trackpad offers so little resistance that it accidentally clicks when using it to move around the pointer. Right side is still fine. Is there any kind of operation I can attempt to get it back or do I have to change the piece completely ?

If that’s the case, do I have to pay 109 euros and get a new keyboard ? Can’t we buy the input cover on its own without ?

Finally, it’s less than a year old. Do I have any chance of getting anything from support ? At least free shipping, of half the price of the part ?
