Hi, I got a quote for timing chain replacement on a 2011 CX-7 2.2 Diesel AWD for 2300 euros ($2460)

Mazda France. Quoted 12 hours of labour. Is this normal? The chain is distended a little below norms, it is not making weird noises but I drive a lot and don’t want to take chances.

Car has 180,000 kms (112,000 miles) What do i do? worth repairing? selling? keep driving until I can afford?
