I found a good deal on a low mileage x7 but had a transmission issue and labeled lemon. The car is 5k below what the comparable non lemons are and I don’t plan on selling it. How good is BMW about this?

    The discount would need to be considerably higher to even entertain it. Prior to the used car market going bonkers couple years back, $5K off would still have the car overpriced as if it was CPO.

    I’d find the risk worth it if I was super super confident in diagnosing any problem I run into with the platform. If you’re super super confident that you could either fix or get anything that’s broken fixed quickly and accurately,go for it.
