This was recently introduced prior to the closure of the CVRP Program. Has anybody received this card? Is it a debit card with your name on it? Is it limited to certain charging stations from electrify America or? Thanks any information will be appreciated.

    Update. Got a very basic reply;

    Hello,
    Thank you for your email. You may call the company number listed on the card for more information when received.

    Here’s the reply I got from them:

    "Thank you for your email. The charge card will be sent from a third-party organization separate from your rebate check. There may be a little bit of a delay due to them being sent by a third party. Thank you for your patience! There will be a contact number for the 3rd party on the card for customer service assistance if needed. "
