    Head in first. It helps.

    Also, the tactic works if you usually freeze when drying after showers. I used to dread coming out of the shower until I figured this out: Turn down the heat before turning the water off. Don’t do a cold shock, just a little by a time, but always head first.

    Like, turn down a notch, let it hit your head first and get that refreshing feel without feeling cold. Don’t let the “cold” water hit your body, only the head. Then as soon as you’re comfortable let it also refresh your shoulders and body. It’s not even cold. Then turn it down a notch and repeat. After two/three adjustments you’ll be comfortable in the room temperature.

        It’s just a tip. Being uncomfortably cold after showers is an issue for some people.
