They got a mythbuster recently to try and capture the millennial audience
Growing up, the amount of Lego and Shell sets that were around was astounding. And apparently, ExxonMobil did a few brand deals with them as well.
Trying to make gas stations(fossil fuels)cool isn’t anything new. The number of toys branded with oil companies is staggering.
Did they make something like gas trucks and gas stations? Or was it just the sponsors on the little race car sets? The race cars make sense, but if there were people building Lego gas stations, oil rigs and stuff thats wild
Yes multiple gas stations, car washes, tankers, and as a sponsor for Ferrari race cars. Similar deals with Exxon and Esso.
Since the 90s it’s all their fictional Octan brand instead

Not exactly what you meant, I think. Should fit the general idea you were going for though.
That was horrible. On so many levels.
I’d say sorry, as is my duty as a Canadian…but if I had to know about this you did too…

Can’t wait for the Exxon vtuber to debut!
The red superchats being paid in 5 figures will probably be a big tell.
