I love the burnt cheese that falls off my quesadillas and into the pan. I always look for the burnt fries (home made or fast food). I grill hot dogs and leave one on the grill until it’s black. Same with asparagus. Tonight I was pan cooking portobello mushrooms and oops… yes, I found out I even like burnt fresh diced garlic. I so happy when they started selling “Extra Toasty” Cheeze-Its.
So there it is. (Again no on overcooked steak, pork, seafood, etc.)
I just felt like I needed to come clean lol. Anyone else have a similar “Don’t do this” but you love it anyway?
