Beget, I think the web site you are referring to is one that has some offices in New York and stopped selling them, but there are plenty of Russian registrars that sell it pretty cheap. I think that it costs 4USD for a year. When I purchased it I put all fake information and it didn’t give a fuck, but it supposedly says obviously it needs to be real, but you know, that thing is still hidden from regular folks, I think.
Unfortunatly due to sanctions its near impossible to get in the US and EU at the moment…
I mean I can buy it, I bought one a few months ago.
