    Also when losing or gaining weight I totally can’t tell in the mirror. But if I see a photo from a while back it’s totally obvious.

      Yeah that’s some bullshit. Had a pic taken of me a month ago and my only comment was, why didn’t anyone tell me I was getting fat??? Yes I own a mirror but damn I never noticed till the pic.

    Try looking at your pictures in a mirror (or just mirror them in software. You are probably so used to seeing yourself in a mirror that the non-mirrored version looks foreign. Also bathroom lighting tends to be very flattering…
