A new study commissioned by the CDC found no correlation between Oregon’s drug decriminalization law and rising overdose deaths. Personally I wished they had planned this better. It doesn’t seem to have been thought out well.
I went to get a drink the other day, and an urban outdoors man was shooting up in front of the store. It is just so prevalent now and there doesn’t seem to be enough support for treatment.
