Because power begets power. Once you have a secret police installed, whoever controls the police has the power over everything else, therefore no longer anarchy.
Because pre-approving a secret police is not anarchist, distrusting everyone in the very society you’re trying to build, it’s not anarchy, cementing power around policing is not anarchy. Plus, the most important point is this: No revolution is happening right now, so the question is moot.
Just be honest with yourself and admit you love secret police and become a tankie.

I have my own problems with Anark, but what he is suggesting here is no different than the methods used by the CNT-FAI and the Makhnovists for intelligence work - except that Anark’s version is quite a bit more transparent. You want to call them “idiots” and “larpers,” too?
