My cats not too into being held unless its in front of a window when the birds are out, or he also insists on being in my lap when I’m on the toilet so he let’s me hold him then too. I’m not the biggest fan of it, but he’s really persistent.
Any other time I can’t hold him, and if I don’t hold him while im pooping he will make muffins and stab my bare legs. We have a sliding door that seperates the toilet from the bath, and he knows how to open it. If I keep closing it he will attack my toes under the door, start meowing like crazy and put scratch marks on the door, so I’ll just let him in. Either way I can’t doom scroll and poop like I heard people like to do. I’m just glad he’s scared of new people I’m worried he would try to do this to a guest that stayed over and I would have to explain why he does that.
