we can’t find it either, but IDC connectors (the type shown here) are very easy to crimp onto a cable, in fact that’s kinda why they are so awesome!

you could totally get these colors of wires, adhere them together lengthwise in a pattern, and make fun cablework!

and for a collar, you wouldn’t even need to use conductive wire, an elastic or the sort is certainly a possibility. (adhesive probably wouldn’t work for elastic so we’d just stitch them side-by-side)
