Trump’s schedule famously consists of primarily “Executive Time” and the running trend has been that he largely spends it tweeting from a toilet. Ergo Executive Time" has become a euphemism for the old poem:
Boss makes a dollar, I make a dime, That’s why I shit on company time
(I had no idea. It appears it is I who is fucking cringe)
as an executive of a company.
