Accused killer Tyler Robinson will stand trial for Charlie Kirk’s assassination and could face the death penalty if convicted, a Utah judge ruled on Tuesday.

The judge confirmed all aggravation factors for the murder charge, including that Robinson risked the lives of bystanders and targeted Kirk for his political views.
