Investigation is under way but this is likely why all of the Sea World SRII models have been closed this month.

According to this report from the Union Tribune, it was an ankle injury. Specifically a “left ankle deformity”. Given how darn difficult the Premier SkyRocket trains are to get in and out of, I’d speculate that the injury happened during load or unload.
