So much needless hype building up to it.
I remember when I heard about it a few days ago, my thought was "oh, lucky for spain and thought nothing more.
Then the next thing I’m hearing is “96% in UK, ohmygosh” and BBC gushing over it like it was going to be the next biggest thing.
I saw the sky darken slightly. Cool. 2 hours well spent.
I did think it would get much darker. My son was quite disappointed!
We went up the hill behind our house, and was filled with families from the village, which was lovely. My wife hastily made some pin hole boxes, but unfortunately the hole was too large on both of them so didn’t get a great image.
