I just like cows, and I am not very familiar with the ones after the first 150 since I don’t play the games so I’m only reminded it exists when I see it lol
I’m not 100% sure if those plates on the chest of the bottom right one are breasts. They could be but also could be something else.

They do seem to be reptiloid which would point to those structures not being breasts regardless of sex/gender.

Machoke and Machamp have no nipples, and are only male, so I don’t think they can properly be said to have breasts either.
Jynx appears to have breasts, but they’re covered, so while nipple status is unknown, it seems likely (why else would they need to be covered?)
Sawk and Throh definitely have no significant breasts, but their robes cover their chests, so nipple status is unknown.
Lucario and Gardevoir have no breasts, but both do have a single prominent nipple.
Wouldn’t Lucario’s spike be akin to chest hair? Because it’s (or it should be) made of keratin?
I always thought it was made of steel, because otherwise why would Lucario be a steel type?
Maybe Lucario’s just metal af?
