Cocoa butter isn’t exactly the same as white chocolate (which was my nickname at one of the nursing homes I worked), it has cocoa butter as the main ingredient (at least, unless the maker is shitty, some of them use other stuff to reduce cost). White chocolate has milk solids, sugar, and usually some kind of flavoring added.
The kind of cocoa butter used on skin isn’t as refined, but is pretty much all fats with only minor amounts of scents and stabilizers added. But you can get pure cocoa butter if you shop around.
