What really annoys me about this stuff that has “high protein” and whatnot written on the packaging is that a lot of it only has, like, 8g of protein per 100g. They just write “protein” on it because it’s a nice buzz word. Meanwhile, my dried soy chunks are 50% protein and come in a plain, transparent plastic bag
