yeah, same here. if i’m not both sleepy and in position to sleep at the start of my rem cycle, i’ll be awake for the whole damn thing. and more awake for the next if i try to go to bed in the middle of it.

non 24 sleep cycles are fuuuuun. currently living in LA time and loafing in Lahore time.
