If you only do push ups, yes. If you combine them with other exercises, I see no reason
I meant most people when they start working out they immediately start doing push ups alone
I think chin ups are though normal pull ups with proper form aren’t
Pushups alone? Not to great. Pushups, squats , sit ups and sprints every other day for six months? Will make you look great
