The BC NDP platform from 2017 onwards explicitly promised to adopt both the TRC Calls to Action and the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, which then became DRIPA by the Horgan government in 2019. Every step of the way the BC electorate has voted FOR this. Now the Eby government wants to tear it down, to BREAK election promises and BREAK their own party platform and you call this “no democracy”? And in fact not because of some popular demand but because of some shitty mines, so just to line the pockets of some fucking money hoarders while destroying BC.
