Never been into the swipe lifestyle; I’m constantly downvoting posts, comments, replies by accident. Is there a way to disable swiping? I’m fine with tapping on the UI elements and personally it seems weird having duplicate functionality (why are there voting arrows when swiping is enable?).

I would like to add disabling the account switcher from swiping up from the bar. I constantly have it opened by accident after swiping the whole app away.

Are you on the App Store or the beta build? That particular behavior should be fixed on the beta, but the change hasn’t gone to the App Store yet.
Either way, as sjmarf said, an option to disable that gesture altogether is planned.
I’m on the beta build and I think it hasn’t happened so often as before, but definitely I’ve seen it happen a few times.
Might just be something that really should be fixed by Apple. I remember having some issues with some games too.
Please make it a option to disable/enable, some of us don’t have a problem with swiping :)
That’s the plan. We also intend to let users customise which swipe actions go where at some point
