I swear they get my order wrong every time now. The food is more expensive, way slower, and not as good as it used to be. I’ve given up ordering custard because all I get is cold soup.
They are most likely suffering from what every fast food restaurant is suffering from: labor problems. They don’t want to pay for high quality employees, so they are left with the people that could care less and get pay that reflects that. Food costs are up nationwide and that’s why you’re paying more
I haven’t had any issues with incorrect orders when I’ve gone to Culver’s. Food and labor are more expensive than they used to be, so the cost of the finished product is going to be more. That’s just how business works.
I understand that prices go up. But quality and service are going down too. That’s unacceptable.
Try going to a different culver’s? That won’t fix the price, but all fast food is expensive now days. Literally just there last night and the custard was perfect.
Culver’s has always been high school cafeteria food, so it’s hard to imagine them getting much worse, tbh.

Lol, thanks for the preachy and unnecessary advice
Because you touch yourself at night.
