My reaction would be to hype three cap to him and offer a photo, not to snatch, put in a bag and proceed to ignore the son who’s clearly distressed. I’m not a piece of shit father, YMMV

If the CEO was his dad, he’s abusive and an asshole. Might be both anyway from the CEO’s response and actions afterward.
