“The recent incident at the tennis match has caused a disproportionate online uproar. It’s all about the famous hat, of course. Yes, I took it. Yes, I did it quickly. But as I’ve always said, life is first come, first served,” he claimed.

This guy is a piece of shit.

He also threatened to sue everyone 1-starring his business and claimed their IP addresses were given to police.

Real piece of work, hope people won’t forget about this

But then he gave the hat back to the boy it was meant for, right? He didn’t just offer an empty apology and claim he is a otherwise an amazing person without actually making things right, right?

I can’t find anything saying he gave it back. I can find articles with him denying he ever said what is claimed above while saying he has to fix his image but doesn’t go as far as saying he is going to give that specific hat back. There is also nothing that independently confirms it and that it was based on a Reddit post alone.

There is zero reason to give a ceo the benefit of the doubt, anymore than there is a reason to give the police the benefit of the doubt. We are living in a time where the powerful act without shame and only apologize when caught.
