How are you ASD people handling seeing the images of starving children and infants? It makes me want to die. Ive been struggling with selfinjury lately. But seeing the pictures of these kids dying in real time in their moms arms is too much

    I’m mostly able to disconnect which is scary, even tho I make a point to share info about the situation. People have to know what is happening.

      Has disconnecting gotten easier since the genocide began for you? I go through phases of not consuming content to checking sites like al jazerra every couple hours.

      It isn’t that weird

      I think it is dangerous to let your metal health get wrecked by world events. Gaza is certainly not the only terrible thing in the world. It is important to realize that there is a lot of positive things happening as well. It just doesn’t get the viewership that the negative heart wrenching stuff does.
