I’ve never been happy with Google messages and RCS on my pixel. Decided to look for an alternative and found SMS Organizer from Microsoft which uses plain old SMS add doesn’t send my message data anywhere.

@andyy@fosstodon.org I can’t find any details about it sending data to M$. The only it will transfer data off my device is if I configure it to back up to Google Drive.
