    I haven’t been following this story past the initial tragedy, but how is any of this the owners’ fault? How have they provided an unsafe workplace? I read this and I still don’t get it.

    They have/had an arrangement with tour operators who pay them for permission to take tourists to the island. That part I get.
    Surely it’s the tour operators who should be asked safety questions, right?
