The Biden admin’s plan, which is in progress and is being held up by the DEA who have been told many times over the years to reschedule cannabis, is to put it at schedule III, which would be the same as, say, ketamine. Able to be prescribed, able to be researched.
I stand corrected, yet this hardly discounts any of my concerns about Biden’s prior level of commitment.
