“How are you?”
🤔🤔🤔❓️❓️❓️
…is a question that is tough to answer in a depressive episode.
Why is this awfully relatable?
Because it’s a near-universal experience felt by most people at some point in their lives. Like most relatable memes, it feels specific and targeted but in actuality applies quietly broadly. Relatable memes are just horoscopes for the terminally online.
I dunno’… saying it’s universal after I’ve heard, “just be happy!” offered as a solution so many times…
Doesn’t seem correct.
Did you get chat gpt to write that
No, why do you ask? (that last symbol is called a question mark btw, you might find it useful)
Huh
My brain respons with a never-ending stream of negative stuff to say as a response to any question. Then I have to try and find something half positive to say.
Much easier just to hide myself away during these times and not have to deal with that.
Process has been unresponsive for an extended period of time. Would you like to kill it?
“why don’t you try again in say… a few days?”
