From Boaty McBoatface to the Floating Crapsickle, you just can’t trust an internet vote. The state of Michigan didn’t seem to get that memo, however, when it launched a contest to design “I Voted” stickers. The winner is a piece of artwork featuring a werewolf ripping its shirt to shreds as it howls in front of a U.S. flag. The design, by 12-year-old Jane Hynous, won by a large margin. “I didn’t want to do something that usually you think of when you think of Michigan,” she told the New York Times. “I was like, ‘Why not make a wolf pulling his shirt off?’” Here’s @arstechnica@mastodon.social with more.
