Appeals court can remove her, or when she loses and stays, she can decide to request reassignment, set case back months or longer with a new judge. She can’t stay without everyone seeing her incompetence protecting Trump. She likely knows Trump will be convicted and sentenced. She doesn’t want to be that judge. We’ll see.
