Advocating for a sociopath to be released earlier than the court sentences them for is putting other people at risk. She already took two lives, she needs to be kept away from the rest of society for their safety.

There’s nothing to be proud of here. She wants to be seen as a merciful person, and is sacrificing the safety of others, and dishonoring her son, to do it. That’s incredibly selfish.
