Hi, I have come to love the food (not to mention the beer) in this country quite a lot and I am a bit nerdy about food history and cooking traditions. So, I was wondering if there exists an old go-to book on recipes and techniques for Belgian (or Flemish/Walloon) dishes. Something akin to La Bonne Cuisine or the Joy of Cooking for French and American home-cooking. Your grandmothers’ Jeroen Meus if you will. I don’t mind if it’s not translated from French or Dutch, I’d just love to hear if something of the like is out there for me to dive into.

Thanks in advance!
