They already have to implement a system to shut off the car if “drunk driving is detected” by law
I haven’t heard of that. How does it work? It shuts the car off if you swerve a lot?
Do you have a source I could read more about this?
The law doesn’t say how it should work at all. This source seems the least biased I’ve seen on it
