Like any old fascist, believes all non-allied rivals are enemies, that need to proactively be undermined.
Want further proof Joe is a fascist? Look at what he supports in Gaza and what he supports in Ukraine, both “far right”. People who support Israel and Ukraine are fascist. Why are both Israel and Ukraine closer to fascist than the fascist supporters claim; because both believe in ethnic cleansing. Those are things backed up by documentation, and both are illiberal. Ukraine is not even a democracy.
